Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the school reception counter and attend to students, parents, visitors, and phone enquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and document movements.
  • Receive deliveries from suppliers, parents, and students.
  • Coordinate contractor requests and liaise with Operations Support Officers.
  • Manage key distribution and access control records.
  • Assist with student and parent requests, including early dismissal, sick bay matters, financial assistance enquiries, and uniform-related requests.
  • Support distribution of certificates, documents, and other school materials.
  • Perform simple administrative duties, data entry, document checking, consolidation, photocopying, and shredding.
  • Maintain student movement logs, including sick bay admissions and early dismissals.
  • Support school events, emergency preparedness exercises, and safety equipment management.
  • Carry out general duties assigned by School Leaders or the Administration Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum N-Level Certificate (3 passes or more).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in front desk, administration, or customer service roles; school-based experience preferred.
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English; ability to speak Chinese, Malay, or Tamil is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Duration/Working hours:

18 months contract (Oct 2026 to Mar 2028)

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Fridays: 6:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
