Key Responsibilities
- Manage the school reception counter and attend to students, parents, visitors, and phone enquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and document movements.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers, parents, and students.
- Coordinate contractor requests and liaise with Operations Support Officers.
- Manage key distribution and access control records.
- Assist with student and parent requests, including early dismissal, sick bay matters, financial assistance enquiries, and uniform-related requests.
- Support distribution of certificates, documents, and other school materials.
- Perform simple administrative duties, data entry, document checking, consolidation, photocopying, and shredding.
- Maintain student movement logs, including sick bay admissions and early dismissals.
- Support school events, emergency preparedness exercises, and safety equipment management.
- Carry out general duties assigned by School Leaders or the Administration Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum N-Level Certificate (3 passes or more).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in front desk, administration, or customer service roles; school-based experience preferred.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English; ability to speak Chinese, Malay, or Tamil is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Duration/Working hours:
18 months contract (Oct 2026 to Mar 2028)
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 6:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
