About the job Human Resource Officer (Botanic Gardens)
Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, training coordination, and HR support services. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient HR processes and deliver quality service to employees and hiring departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate screening, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including contract administration, job changes, record management, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in Workday.
- Coordinate training administration, staff development programmes, and HR initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits, allowances, work passes, overseas travel, and work injury claims.
- Respond to HR enquiries and provide timely support to employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure HR processes comply with organisational policies and service standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2–5 years of relevant HR operations or HR administration experience.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duration/Working hours:
2 years contract (Oct 2026)
42 hours per week
