Seeking a dedicated and proactive Student Management Coordinator to support student discipline, behaviour management, and intervention programmes in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support student discipline, behaviour management, and restorative practices.
  • Supervise detention, reflection sessions, and behavioural interventions.
  • Provide in-class support for students with challenging behaviours.
  • Assist with fact-finding investigations and incident documentation.
  • Maintain student management records, reports, and case tracking databases.
  • Monitor and follow up on students with recurring behavioural concerns.
  • Liaise with parents regarding student behaviour and support measures.
  • Provide operational support and coverage during student-related incidents.
  • Plan and facilitate after-school programmes for students requiring additional support.
  • Work closely with the School Counsellor and school staff on intervention programmes and student well-being initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Youth Work, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children or youths in a school, community, or social service setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-management skills.
  • Ability to manage student behavioural issues using restorative approaches.
  • Proficient in record-keeping, reporting, and administrative coordination.

Duration/Working hours:

5 months contract (Immediate)

6 - 8 hours per day
Mon to Fri: 8 am to 4 pm (inclusive 1 hour lunch)
