Job Scope:

  • Triage and respond to enquiries in Feedback Management System mailboxes.

  • Provide admin and logistics support for Pledge Ceremonies (invitations, vendor sourcing, certificates, attendance updates, event-day support).

  • Assist with preparation and dissemination of circulars/notices.

  • Support procurement documents, corporate e-greeting cards, and other admin tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree, preferably in Mass Communication or Business Management.

  • Experience in handling enquiries, events, and communications projects.

  • Proficient in IT and MS Office (Excel skills an advantage).

Duration/ Working hours:

7 months contract

42 hours per week
