Seeking a responsible and service-oriented individual to provide customer service and administrative support in a structured and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to counter service and handle telephone enquiries
- Provide assistance to members of the public on application-related processes
- Support processing of applications and assigned administrative tasks within stipulated timelines
- Handle high volume of work items using internal systems and ensure timely completion
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of appointments, hearings, or case-related listings
- Follow up on instructions from supervisors and ensure timely completion of assigned matters
- Notify relevant parties on scheduled appointments or sessions via appropriate channels
- Support general records management and administrative duties
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable interacting with people from all levels
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and administrative systems
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
