Seeking a responsible and service-oriented individual to provide customer service and administrative support in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to counter service and handle telephone enquiries
  • Provide assistance to members of the public on application-related processes
  • Support processing of applications and assigned administrative tasks within stipulated timelines
  • Handle high volume of work items using internal systems and ensure timely completion
  • Assist in scheduling and coordination of appointments, hearings, or case-related listings
  • Follow up on instructions from supervisors and ensure timely completion of assigned matters
  • Notify relevant parties on scheduled appointments or sessions via appropriate channels
  • Support general records management and administrative duties

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable interacting with people from all levels
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and administrative systems

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
