Key Responsibilities:

Casual Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end casual officer hiring process
  • Liaise between hiring divisions and manpower agencies
  • Track hiring requests and monitor contract expiry of casual officers
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of casual officers
  • Verify monthly billing reports

Recruitment, Contract Management & Offboarding

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, written tests, and candidate follow-ups
  • Manage offboarding processes and ensure exit checklists are completed
  • Maintain and track employee contract records

Awards Support

  • Support administration and logistics for National Day Award
  • Design emailers and coordinate inputs from divisions/agencies
  • Provide logistical support for meetings
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior HR experience is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract (Option to extend) (Immediate)

Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week
