Seeking a proactive individual to provide administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry to support placements
  • Update jobseeker records in internal systems
  • Verify and schedule appointments via e-booking systems
  • Assign and track case requests
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up on enquiries
  • Support reporting, statistics generation, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • O Level and above
  • Able to communicate in English and a second language
  • Prior customer service experience (including handling challenging situations) is an advantage
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract (Option to extend) (Immediate)

Mon to Fri: 

830am – 6pm
