About the job Customer Service Executive (Yio Chu Kang)

Handle administrative tasks (meetings, seminars, training, innovation & quality initiatives)
Support department and organisation-level events
Attend to customer enquiries (counter and phone)
Resolve customer service issues efficiently using established procedures
Perform general admin and operational duties as assigned

Requirements:
Diploma / GCE A Level in any discipline
Experience in customer service or contact centre environment preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, proactive and a strong team player

Duration/ Working hours:

6 months contract  (Jul 2026 to Dec 2026)

Day: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thur); 8:30am to 5:30pm (Fri)
