About the job Part-time Operation Support Officer (Toa Payoh)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the school's sick bay.
- Attend to unwell or injured students and administer basic first aid.
- Maintain medical records and ensure the sick bay is clean and well-stocked.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' health and recovery.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and handling enquiries.
- Perform other general office and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent.
- Valid Standard First Aid certification (or equivalent recognised in Singapore).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and responsibly.
- Experience in a school, healthcare, childcare, student care, clinic, hospital, or similar environment is an advantage.
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Option to extend another year) (Aug 2026 to Jul 2027)
Mondays - Fridays: 8.00am to 2.00pm (No lunch break entitlement as
working hours do not exceed 6 continous hours)
About 30 working hours per week (not more than 8 hours per day)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays &
school holidays
