About the job Receptionsit cum Admin Support (Sengkang)
- Handle phone calls, emails, walk-in enquiries, and deliveries.

Provide information to parents, students, and staff.

Facilitate communication within the school.

Attend to minor student injuries and maintain records.

Support administrative duties (filing, data entry, attendance, forms).

Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.

Assist with school events and programmes (e.g. P1 Registration, Orientation).
Requirements:

GCE N/O Level qualification.

At least 1 year experience in a school environment and 2 years in customer service/reception.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

Good command of English (spoken and written).
1 year contract (Option to extend another year ) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Fridays: 8:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
