About the job Contract Administrator (Lavender)
- Verify consultants inputs of project details in variation order forms.

Check consultants submissions against established checklists.

Maintain an accurate inventory of all variation orders received.

Review and verify payment supporting documents before submission to the Contract Manager.

Conduct detailed assessments of consultants submissions for workflow approval.

Perform other administrative or project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Possess a Quantity Surveyor-related qualification or relevant working experience in a construction-related position.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
1 year contract (Immediate)
Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6.30pm
Friday: 9am to 6pm
