About the job Temp Executive (Tanjong Pagar)
- Process applications and provide administrative support for mediation and hearing sessions, including note-taking.

Assist with coordination and execution of departmental projects.

Handle the dispatch of official documents to relevant parties and stakeholders.

Set up mediation and/or hearing rooms as required.

Provide coverage for reception and case officer duties when necessary.

Organize, pack, and shelve completed files in the storeroom.

Digitize completed case files for record management.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Meticulous and well-organized with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
-
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
