About the job Temp Executive (Tanjong Pagar)

  • Process applications and provide administrative support for mediation and hearing sessions, including note-taking.

  • Assist with coordination and execution of departmental projects.

  • Handle the dispatch of official documents to relevant parties and stakeholders.

  • Set up mediation and/or hearing rooms as required.

  • Provide coverage for reception and case officer duties when necessary.

  • Organize, pack, and shelve completed files in the storeroom.

  • Digitize completed case files for record management.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Meticulous and well-organized with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
