About the job Executive Analyst
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will enable the future workplace by designing and implementing new ways of working that enhance how people deliver value to stakeholders. This is a 1-year contract position, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful transformation through pilot projects in process automation and digital workplace enhancement.
Responsibilities:

Support pilot process innovation projects using design thinking methodologies to test and refine workflows, including piloting tools for organizing information, connecting insights from multiple data sources, and implementing process automation solutions.

Design user-centered solutions by mapping user journeys, defining user stories, and identifying pain points to create high-impact workplace improvements, including digital workplace transitions.

Engage stakeholders to understand workflow challenges and prioritize transformation opportunities that deliver the greatest value.

Support change management initiatives through conceptualizing communication and engagement plans that build buy-in for change.

Collaborate across teams on cross-cutting initiatives, particularly supporting Future Work and Future Workforce projects.
Requirements:

Degree in Design, Business, Change Management, or related field.

3–5 years experience in user experience design, business analysis, process improvement, or organizational transformation.

Experience with user research methodologies, journey mapping tools, design thinking facilitation, and translating user needs into practical solutions.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.

Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.

Analytical mindset with ability to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.

Passion for improving how people work and genuine curiosity about user needs.
