Looking for a Finance & Operations Executive to support finance, product operations, and administrative functions across multiple product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in budget planning and financial tracking for 510 product teams.

  • Raise purchase orders, verify invoices, and support revenue tracking.

  • Maintain bookkeeping and coordinate with corporate finance.

  • Provide periodic management reporting and financial insights.

  • Execute AR lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) and internal billing processes.

  • Maintain proper documentation, audit support, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance management or accounting.

  • Strong command of MS Office and productivity tools.

  • Good time management, organisational skills, and ability to work independently.

  • Proactive problem-solver with ability to design templates and processes.

Duration/ Working hours:

3 months contract, extendable up to 1 year

42 hours per week
