About the job Assistant Manager (Pasir Panjang)
Looking for a Finance & Operations Executive to support finance, product operations, and administrative functions across multiple product teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in budget planning and financial tracking for 510 product teams.

Raise purchase orders, verify invoices, and support revenue tracking.

Maintain bookkeeping and coordinate with corporate finance.

Provide periodic management reporting and financial insights.

Execute AR lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) and internal billing processes.

Maintain proper documentation, audit support, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance management or accounting.

Strong command of MS Office and productivity tools.

Good time management, organisational skills, and ability to work independently.

Proactive problem-solver with ability to design templates and processes.
3 months contract, extendable up to 1 year
42 hours per week
