- Check and verify identity and income documents submitted by applicants.

Process bursary/notebook applications (e.g., assess income eligibility) according to established criteria and procedures.

Respond to applicants enquiries via hotline/email and follow up on any outstanding documents required for assessment.

Archive digital documents for each processed bursary/notebook application in the specified repository.

Apply basic judgment in processing bursaries according to established guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:

A-Level / Diploma holders.

Good communication and customer service skills; clear, articulate, and professional telephone manners.

IT savvy, systematic, and meticulous; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Email).

Able to work independently and in a team.

Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
