Science Lab Assistant (Yishun)

• to set up and clean the Science Laboratories in advance and after the Science experiments / activities;
• to ensure safe-keeping and maintenance of science apparatus and equipment;
• to conduct stock take of science apparatus and equipment in the science laboratories;
• to assist in replacing broken apparatus and equipment as well as replenishing perishable resources;
• to assist staff in other science related activities/programs; and
• to perform any other school duties as required.

Requirement:

• Worked in an education institute providing science lab support
• Able to communicate in English

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 5 Jan 2026 to 4 Jan 2027

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.30am to 2.30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
• The personnel may be required to provide services beyond the stipulated hours by giving 1 day advance notice to the personnel.
• Service is not required during school holidays and other school closure days unless otherwise requested by the Authority by giving 3 days advance notice to the personnel.
• Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
