Finance Executive (Yio Chu Kang)

Support audit and grant matters for Overseas Programmes, including coordinating responses for audit queries and preparing required documentation.
Develop and refine grant and funding processes within CSSIR, including templates, SOPs, and opportunities for automation.
Work with schools to ensure accurate and compliant pre- and post-trip documentation for grant submissions.
Share accounting and finance knowledge with colleagues to strengthen financial governance and streamline internal processes.

Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in preparing finance and audit reports.
Strong organisational, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Duration/ Working hours:

11 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
