About the job Manager/Assistant Manager ( HR Business Partner) (Newton)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner division leaders to understand manpower needs and provide HR solutions
  • Support recruitment activities including engagement, outreach, interviews, and onboarding
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and support employee relations matters
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Support HR projects and process reviews as required

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous, resourceful, and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Duration/Working hours:

4 months contract (July 2026 to Oct 2026)

Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week
