Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer feedback related to vocational licensing matters (calls & emails)
- Communicate effectively with members of the public (verbal & written)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve cases
- Follow established guidelines for feedback handling
- Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internal systems (training provided)
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Computer literate and comfortable using office tools
- Good attendance and reliability
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm
