Key responsibilities

  • Handle frontline enquiries via counter service and telephone follow-ups
  • Assist members of the public with application-related processes and documentation support
  • Process applications and work items within stipulated timelines
  • Support high-volume case/workflow processing through digital systems
  • Manage schedules, listings, and appointment coordination on a weekly basis
  • Follow up on instructions from supervisors and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Communicate updates to relevant parties on upcoming sessions or appointments
  • Support records management and administrative documentation

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational ability

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contract

42 hours per week
