Daily Operations & Student Management

  • Monitor and manage student punctuality, implementing appropriate interventions for late arrivals and maintaining accurate attendance records
  • Conduct regular patrols of classroom blocks and common areas to ensure a safe, orderly learning environment and address any behavioural concerns promptly

Disciplinary Support & Case Management

  • Provide comprehensive support to Year Heads and Discipline Master in investigating disciplinary matters, including gathering information, conducting interviews, and preparing detailed reports 
  • Coordinate and supervise in-house suspension and detention programmes, ensuring students receive appropriate guidance and support during these interventions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date disciplinary and attendance records in individual student profiles, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

Requirement:

3+ years in a similar role with proven expertise.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.

Experienced in supervising and engaging teenagers safely.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholder

Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented team player.

Duration/ Working hours:

12 months contract (Option to extend) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:15am to 4:45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break or such working hours approved by the School.
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
