About the job ICT Trainer cum Executive (Dakota)
Key Responsibilities:

Enrichment Training: Design and deliver ICT lessons, digital competencies, and coding/programming training for pupils.

E-Learning Support: Assist teachers and pupils with ICT needs and create e-learning resources.

CCA Infocomm & New Media: Conduct specialized training in animation, photography, videography, web/app development, and prepare students for ICT competitions.

School-Based ICT Projects: Provide technical expertise for ICT projects, event photography, and multimedia production.

Teacher Training & Professional Development: Facilitate practical workshops on Student Learning Space (SLS), multimedia content creation, gamification, AI tools, digital literacy, and emerging EdTech applications.

Administrative & ICT Asset Management: Maintain ICT assets, perform regular inventory checks, and coordinate maintenance.

Other Duties: Undertake additional ICT- and multimedia-related tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidate: Skilled in ICT education, multimedia, and EdTech tools, with a passion for enhancing student learning and teacher capabilities.
Requirement:
Qualifications
Shall possess a relevant ICT/IT qualification from a recognised institution, or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of Scope of Services
Experience in teaching, coaching, or training ICT-related skills
within the last 3 years
Shall have at least 3 years of experience within the last 3
years in teaching, coaching, or training ICT-related skills,
preferably in primary school setting
MOE registered
Duration/ Working hours:
12 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)
Mondays to Fridays: Shall start at 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1
hour lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
