Diary Management

  • Manage schedules and calendars

Administrative Support

  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters)

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents

  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and support meetings

  • Take and circulate meeting minutes

  • Track and follow up on action items

Communication Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Personal Support

  • Arrange personal appointments (e.g. lunches)

Requirements & Skills

  • Background in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

  • Experience in a PA or administrative role

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

  • Proactive, well-organised, and professional

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
