Schedule and support meetings

Take and circulate meeting minutes

Track and follow up on action items
Communication Management

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Handle confidential information with discretion
Personal Support

Arrange personal appointments (e.g. lunches)
Requirements & Skills

Background in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Experience in a PA or administrative role

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High level of discretion and professionalism

Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

Proactive, well-organised, and professional
