About the job Records & Digitisation Executive (Novena)
Role Overview:
Support the management, verification, and digitisation of records and central registry operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Records Digitisation & QC Checks
-
Prepare files and Leasing TAs for scanning.

Verify scanned files for accuracy and completeness.

Central Registry Operations
-
Retrieve documents/files for collection by AOs.
-
Perform periodic checks of Daily Mail storage boxes and remove BG/DCA/IBG before sending boxes for storage.
-
Perform any other duties as assigned.

ERMS Records Verification
-
Verify that digitised files on Markono CDs have been correctly uploaded into ERMS.

Upload to ERS Portal
-
Upload digitised files into the electronic records system.

Appraisal of Files/Records
-
Conduct appraisal of files and records according to guidelines.
-
Requirements:
-
Minimum Diploma (preferably in a relevant field)
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
-
Good command of English, both written and spoken
-
Meticulous and detail-oriented
11 months contract
42 hours per week
