Role Overview:
Support the management, verification, and digitisation of records and central registry operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Records Digitisation & QC Checks

    • Prepare files and Leasing TAs for scanning.

    • Verify scanned files for accuracy and completeness.

  2. Central Registry Operations

    • Retrieve documents/files for collection by AOs.

    • Perform periodic checks of Daily Mail storage boxes and remove BG/DCA/IBG before sending boxes for storage.

    • Perform any other duties as assigned.

  3. ERMS Records Verification

    • Verify that digitised files on Markono CDs have been correctly uploaded into ERMS.

  4. Upload to ERS Portal

    • Upload digitised files into the electronic records system.

  5. Appraisal of Files/Records

    • Conduct appraisal of files and records according to guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (preferably in a relevant field)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented

Duration/ Working hours:

11 months contract

42 hours per week
