Project Specialist (Safety Champions & Risk Management)

• Coordinate and administer formal appointment of Safety Champions

• Organise Community of Practice sessions for Safety Champions

• Disseminate safety advisories for high-profile incidents or concerning trends

• Support analysis and documentation of Serious Incident Reports

• Assist in planning, tracking, and administering customised bizSAFE trainings

• Serve as point-of-contact for Safety Champions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Safety, Business, or related field

• Experience in safety management, training coordination, or administrative support

• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
