About the job ICT & Media Trainer (Hougang)

  • Manage and operate the InnoLab, train and mentor students on projects.

  • Provide school-wide ICT and media support (AV setup, video recording/editing, live streaming, web conferencing).

  • Support school events with media equipment setup, photography, and videography.

  • Perform preventive maintenance, manage AV inventory, and liaise with vendors.

  • Train students in Public Announcement (PA) system, photography, videography, and media competitions.

  • Assist teachers with media-related tasks and provide guidance on EdTech tools.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in relevant discipline preferred.

  • 3+ years experience as ICT trainer, preferably in MOE schools.

  • 1+ year experience training students in PA system, photography, and videography.

  • Technical proficiency in AV equipment, video editing, live streaming, and makerspace tools.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, analytical skills, and adaptability to flexible work hours.

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
