About the job Operation Support Officer (Clarke Quay)
The role supports a national initiative to promote cultural engagement through outreach, partnerships, and operations. The officer will assist in event execution, stakeholder coordination, and customer service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support outreach and engagement activities to drive participation in Culture Pass
- Assist in planning and running roadshows, pop-ups, and community events
- Coordinate with partners, volunteers, and stakeholders for event operations
- Support helpdesk and customer enquiries, including responses and escalations
- Assist in administrative work, documentation, SOPs, and audit support
- Support secretariat duties such as meeting coordination and record-keeping
- Contribute to operational improvements and issue resolution
Requirements, Skills & Attributes
- Interest in arts, communications, public policy, or related fields
- Experience in admin, project coordination, or programme support preferred
- Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Team player with stakeholder engagement skills
- Willing to work occasional weekends/evenings

Duration/Working hours:
3 months contract (Option to extend)
Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week.
