Finance Business Partner (Pasir Panjang)

Looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support strategic financial planning, business performance, and operational excellence. You will partner with business units to provide financial insights, budgeting support, forecasting, and governance while driving cost optimisation and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
• Support month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, budget management, and variance analysis.
• Drive cost optimisation, business case evaluations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage accruals, grant recovery, purchase orders, fixed assets, and budget administration.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Participate in system enhancements, UAT activities, and cross-functional finance projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, business partnering, or commercial analysis.
• Experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Workday, Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query, financial modelling), and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL is an advantage.
• Experience in a technology company will be an advantage.

Duration/working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
