  • Support rollout and administration of talent mobility and L&D programs for cybersecurity staff.

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.

  • Maintain employee development records and assist in reporting/visualization.

  • Develop and communicate learning resources; gather participant feedback.

  • Assist in stakeholder engagement and collaborate with HR and cybersecurity teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 3-5 years in talent development, L&D, or HR coordination.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus.

  • Interest in cybersecurity is desirable.

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (1 Jan 2026 to1 Dec 2026)

42 hours per year
