About the job Project Administrator (Changi Airport)
- Organise and maintain project documents, files, and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, minute-taking, and tracking action items.

Track project issues, RFIs/RFAs, and ensure timely closure of outstanding matters.

Support ad-hoc project meetings and activities as required.
Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.

3–5 years experience in construction or project administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Able to understand project timelines (e.g. Gantt Charts).

Familiar with construction documentation, contract administration, and authority submissions.

Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and safety requirements.
Key Competencies

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and authorities.

Able to prepare meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.

Willing to travel between SAA campus (Aviation Drive) and CAAS T2 Office (Changi Airport).

Duration/ Working hours:
6 months contract (Jan 2026 to Jun 2026)
