About the job Project Administrator (Changi Airport)

  • Organise and maintain project documents, files, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, minute-taking, and tracking action items.

  • Track project issues, RFIs/RFAs, and ensure timely closure of outstanding matters.

  • Support ad-hoc project meetings and activities as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.

  • 3–5 years experience in construction or project administration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Able to understand project timelines (e.g. Gantt Charts).

  • Familiar with construction documentation, contract administration, and authority submissions.

  • Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and safety requirements.

Key Competencies

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Good communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and authorities.

  • Able to prepare meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.

  • Willing to travel between SAA campus (Aviation Drive) and CAAS T2 Office (Changi Airport).

Preferred

  • BCA-related courses or certifications

  • Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) awareness

Duration/ Working hours:

6 months contract (Jan 2026 to Jun 2026)

42 hours per week
