About the job Site Support Officer (Fort Canning)

  • Support and supervise site works, equipment installations, and deployments
  • Coordinate site activities with project teams, contractors, and relevant parties
  • Ensure site resources, approvals, and clearances are arranged before works commence
  • Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs
  • Oversee site reinstatement and handover upon completion of works
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site issues during operations
  • Support and supervise system testing activities and schedules
  • Liaise with contractors for testing coordination and approvals
  • Travel islandwide for site works and testing activities, including night works when required

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in site coordination, operations, or project support preferred
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel islandwide and work after office hours when required
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and site operations preferred
  • Transport reimbursement of $600 per month subject for approval.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Jul 2026 to Jun 2027)

Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm), Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
