Key Responsibilities
Digital Operations Management
- Execute daily website content uploads, updates, and maintenance (event listings, metadata, digital records)
- Process content update requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate event approval workflows in line with established standards
- Perform quality assurance checks before publication
- Monitor published content for accuracy, consistency, and currency
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Extract and compile performance metrics for weekly reports
- Support trend analysis and insights from performance data
- Assist in campaign and funnel performance reporting
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, IT or related fields preferred)
- Basic data analytics knowledge with ability to interpret charts and trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and CSV file handling
- Experience or familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Adaptable and quick to learn new digital tools and systems
Duration/ Working hours:
3 months contract
42 hours per week
