Key Responsibilities

Digital Operations Management

  • Execute daily website content uploads, updates, and maintenance (event listings, metadata, digital records)
  • Process content update requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate event approval workflows in line with established standards
  • Perform quality assurance checks before publication
  • Monitor published content for accuracy, consistency, and currency

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Extract and compile performance metrics for weekly reports
  • Support trend analysis and insights from performance data
  • Assist in campaign and funnel performance reporting

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, IT or related fields preferred)
  • Basic data analytics knowledge with ability to interpret charts and trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and CSV file handling
  • Experience or familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new digital tools and systems

Duration/ Working hours:

3 months contract 

42 hours per week
