Senior Executive/ Manager (Clementi)

• Conduct feasibility studies for school development, review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities

• Evaluate consultants design proposals to fulfil MOEs operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs

• Collaborate with development project and contracts teams to review project management processes
• Strong ability to analyse complex data and present findings through clear, visually compelling graphics and well-organised layouts that effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences

Requirement:

• Relevant training and background in the areas of architecture, building, real estate or engineering

• Understanding of building industry and building regulations would be an advantage

• Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skillsUnderstand cost estimation, measurement and quantification of construction works, throughout the project lifecycle.

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
