Learning & Development Executive (Digital Skills Programmes) (Buona Vista)

• Design and implement online, blended, and classroom learning programmes to enhance digital literacy and transformation in the Public Service.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and evaluate training content and outcomes.

• Assess programme effectiveness and gather insights to improve learning impact.

• Conduct research and gather market intelligence on learning and development trends.

• Drive technology-enabled learning initiatives and support consultancy projects using design thinking and process improvement.

• Manage projects, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in L&D or instructional design.

• Knowledge of digital technologies (e.g. AI, RPA, data analytics, digital transformation) preferred.

• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proactive, meticulous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Confident in stakeholder engagement and collaborative teamwork.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immedidate)

42 hours per week
