Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding

  • Support the recruitment process by arranging interviews, administering written assessments, and following up with candidates for required documention.
  • Respond to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders regarding the recruitment process or general HR-related matters.
  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring completion of exit checklists and clearance procedures.
  • Assist in tracking employment contracts and coordinating the completion of required tests.
  • Contribute to the preparation and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or HR-related processes.

Event Management and Design of Publicity Materials

  • Assist in designing internal communications materials such as EDMs and posters using Canva and other graphic design tools to promote Ministry initiatives and programmes.
  • Provide support for event planning and logistics, including Ministry events such as the National Day Investiture Ceremony.
  • Assist in procurement processes and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and timely event execution.

Other Duties

  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the team

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior HR experience is an advantage; internships welcome.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR systems or Canva a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Duration/ Working hours:

More than 3 months contact (Immediate)

42 hours per week
