About the job Strategy and Ops Specialist (Labrador Park)
Event Planning & Execution: Organize workshops, networking sessions, training programmes, and forums, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement
Tracking Engagement Outcomes: Manage administrative processes, track metrics, handle budgets and reporting, and maintain channels for smooth programme delivery.
Content & Communications: Develop engaging materials such as newsletters, event content, and internal communications, collaborating with members to identify relevant topics and learning opportunities
Requirement:
3-5 years experience in community management, event coordination, communications, or program management.
Interest or exposure to product management principles and practices.
Experience planning and executing events, workshops, or training programmes.
Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient with project management tools and communication platforms.
Curious about product management trends to develop relevant community initiatives
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
