About the job AV ICT Ececutive (Pasir Ris)

  • Manage, maintain, and operate AV/ICT systems, including PA, broadcast, sound, and projector systems.
  • Provide AV/ICT technical support for lessons, events, assemblies, CCAs, meetings, and examinations.

  • Conduct training for students on PA and broadcast system operations.

  • Maintain AV inventory, usage records, and equipment loans.

  • Schedule and program the PA system, including daily chime operations.

  • Support building maintenance and sustainability projects (e.g., air-conditioning scheduling, system monitoring, and reporting).

  • Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by HOD (ICT) and Operations Manager.

  • Requirement:

  • GCE N or O Level qualification
  • Proficient in AV setup, operation, and broadcast systems

  • Strong IT knowledge with troubleshooting skill

  • Experience in school environment preferred

  • Familiar with system programming and monitoring

  • Good interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills

  • Able to multitask and work independently

    Duration/ Working hours:

  • 1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

    • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
    • Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
    • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
