About the job AV ICT Ececutive (Pasir Ris)
Provide AV/ICT technical support for lessons, events, assemblies, CCAs, meetings, and examinations.
Conduct training for students on PA and broadcast system operations.
Maintain AV inventory, usage records, and equipment loans.
Schedule and program the PA system, including daily chime operations.
Support building maintenance and sustainability projects (e.g., air-conditioning scheduling, system monitoring, and reporting).
Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by HOD (ICT) and Operations Manager.
Requirement:
Proficient in AV setup, operation, and broadcast systems
Strong IT knowledge with troubleshooting skill
Experience in school environment preferred
Familiar with system programming and monitoring
Good interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
