Kitchen Helper (Redhill)

1. Assist teachers in the cleaning of kitchens and kitchen utensils.

2. Assist teachers in the preparation of ingredients/kitchen equipment for

students cooking lessons/workshops during curriculum hours/within

stipulated working hours.

3. Maintain the general cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and the

workplace.

4. Ensure proper stock-taking of all perishable ingredients and equipment

(Ensure accountability of sharp equipment and electrical equipment are in

good working order).

5. Any other duties assigned by the Authority

Requirement:

1. No formal education is required
2. Previous experience of at least 1 year in performing similar functions in a
school is an advantage.

Duration/ Working hours:

2.5 months contract (Immedidate)

Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
