School Counter duties (80% of the time)

  • assist to man General Office Counter, answering phone calls and handling walk-ins to General Office during assigned hours.
  • assist students who are unwell in the sick bay.
  • update of activities and attendance of staff during morning assembly or adhoc request.
  • Update of student well-being to parents, teachers, AM where necessarily

Administrative counter duties (20% of the time)

  • perform data entry into counter computer for safety sickbay incident
  • perform filing & organizing archive files.
  • assist staff in minor administrative duties such as handling of login entry book, loss and found logbook.
  • other ad-doc admin duties assigned.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 GCE O-Level passes, including English Language at grade C6 or better, or equivalent qualifications;
  • Fluent in English language and Mother Tongue language;
  • Possess minimum 1 year basic IT skills such as checking emails, MS Office, telephony skills, First Aid skills and etc;
  • Possess minimum 1 year Admin / Front Facing Customer Service Experience;
  • Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in MOE School Front Counter;
  • Preferably with First Aid Certification and school sick bay experience

Duration/working hours:

11 months contract (Option to extend) 2 Jan 2026 to 30 Nov 2026

During School Term (non-school holidays)

Mondays to Fridays

7:00 am to 4:00 pm , inclusive  half an hour lunch break


During School Holidays

Mondays to Fridays

8:00 am to 5:00 pm,  inclusive half an hour lunch break

Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. If it is required, it should not exceed two (2) Saturdays a year.
