Project Officer (Marine Parade)
About the job Project Officer (Marine Parade)
Responsibilities:
- To organise and execute a series of programmes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including various government agencies, educational institutions, ministries, nongovernment organisations and corporate bodies to ensure smooth events planning and execution
- Organises sessions with partners to facilitate effective communication and sharing of views and resources among partners
- Manage admin related matters, including managing relevant procurement processes and related administrative and approval matters
- Works closely with the counterparts to monitor and coordinate MPLF activities
- Providing administrative support. (E.g. collates and assists in preparation of reports, including evaluation report, proposal, success stories, programme survey and test results)
- Consolidate project requirements and budget
- Manage requests for purchases and provide secretariat support
- Manage all aspects of database including regular updating and filing
- Manage relevant procurement processes and related administrative and approval matters

- All other duties as specified by project manager
Work Pattern:
- Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays): 8.30am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Project Officer is expected to work one weekend every month (Off in lieu will be given)
Contract duration:
- Immediate (1 year contract)
- Renewable (Renewable based on performance)
Requirements:
- Degree and above
- Fresh grads are welcomed to apply
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent admin skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Committed to deadlines and having excellent time-management to work on several projects simultaneously, efficiently and independently
