About the job Student Management Youth Worker (Yishun)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group intervention sessions for students with disciplinary concerns
- Develop and implement intervention plans and maintain confidential student records
- Conduct social-emotional learning and self-regulation programmes
- Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and external agencies to support students
- Provide crisis intervention, student guidance, and transition support where required
- Monitor and evaluate discipline programmes, gather feedback, and prepare reports
Requirements
- Diploma in Social Work or equivalent qualification (or higher)
- At least 1 year of relevant student management experience in Singapore
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics
- Student-centric, emotionally resilient, and proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
Duration/Working hours:
2.5 months contract (Immediate)
40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
