Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group intervention sessions for students with disciplinary concerns
  • Develop and implement intervention plans and maintain confidential student records
  • Conduct social-emotional learning and self-regulation programmes
  • Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and external agencies to support students
  • Provide crisis intervention, student guidance, and transition support where required
  • Monitor and evaluate discipline programmes, gather feedback, and prepare reports

Requirements

  • Diploma in Social Work or equivalent qualification (or higher)
  • At least 1 year of relevant student management experience in Singapore
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics
  • Student-centric, emotionally resilient, and proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools

Duration/Working hours:

2.5 months contract (Immediate)

40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
