Prepare files and Leasing TAs for scanning.

Verify scanned files for accuracy.
Central Registry Operations

Retrieve documents/files for staff as needed.

Conduct periodic checks of mail storage; remove sensitive items before offsite storage.

Perform other assigned duties.
ERMS Verification

Ensure digitised files on Markono CDs are uploaded into ERMS.
Electronic Records Upload
-
Upload digitised files into the electronic records system.
File/Record Appraisal
-
Summarise and appraise files/records as required.
Requirement:
Language Skills: Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Education: Minimum Diploma (relevant to file/record appraisal).
Duration/ Working hours:
11 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
