Business Intelligence Analyst

Looking for a detail-oriented BI Analyst to collaborate with business process owners, analyse requirements, and deliver insightful dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to gather, document and validate reporting/dashboard requirements.

• Analyse business processes and reporting needs; create dashboard specifications and wireframes.

• Acquire, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources to uncover trends and insights.

• Apply statistical techniques (descriptive & inferential) to generate actionable insights.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations using BI tools.

• Work with databases and data models to support reporting needs.

• Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.

• Support innovation initiatives and ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/PR.

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business Analytics, or advanced diploma in a data-related field.

• Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Access, Power BI, and QlikSense.

• Strong skills in Excel and visual communication.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Knowledge of programming for advanced statistical analysis is advantageous.
