Digital Services Manager (Clarke Quay)
About the job Digital Services Manager (Clarke Quay)
- Support and lead user journey discovery and UX/UI design reviews for digital service revamp projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and business users on RPA project planning and management (e.g., using UiPath).
- Maintain and update intranet content on platforms such as SharePoint Online.
- Manage vendor coordination on design documentation, feedback, and implementation timelines.
- Contribute to digital analytics reporting (e.g., WOGAA tracking).
- Assist in developing SOPs and operational documentation for digital platforms.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for design systems and service enhancements.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Strong background in digital service delivery, UX/UI design, RPA implementation, or intranet content management.
- Experience working with Singapore government digital platforms or vendor management is preferred.
- Able to work independently and contribute meaningfully to design, automation, and analytics processes.
Duration/ Working hours:
12 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
