About the job Digital Services Manager (Clarke Quay)

  • Support and lead user journey discovery and UX/UI design reviews for digital service revamp projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors and business users on RPA project planning and management (e.g., using UiPath).
  • Maintain and update intranet content on platforms such as SharePoint Online.
  • Manage vendor coordination on design documentation, feedback, and implementation timelines.
  • Contribute to digital analytics reporting (e.g., WOGAA tracking).
  • Assist in developing SOPs and operational documentation for digital platforms.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for design systems and service enhancements.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Strong background in digital service delivery, UX/UI design, RPA implementation, or intranet content management.
  • Experience working with Singapore government digital platforms or vendor management is preferred.
  • Able to work independently and contribute meaningfully to design, automation, and analytics processes.

Duration/ Working hours:

12 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
