About the job ICT Trainer (Sembawang)

  • Prepare, implement, and evaluate training programs for students in line with school goals.
  • Conduct ICT lessons on Google Workspace, iPad apps (e.g., Procreate), MS Office, AI tools, and e-portfolio creation.
  • Develop teaching materials, exercises, and projects for ALP curriculum and ICT initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor ICT projects such as NDE, Code For Fun, and AI programmes.
  • Support Personalized Digital Learning Programme (PDLP) and promote good data management practices.
  • Provide administrative, AVA, photography/videography, and website support for the ICT department and school events.
  • Train and advise teachers, students, and student leaders on software usage and AVA equipment operation.

Requirement:

  • Diploma in IT, Multimedia, or related discipline

  • Able to deliver training to secondary students and maintain classroom discipline

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iPad apps, and emerging AI tools

  • Basic photography and videography skills

  • Able to train staff and students on ICT software and apps

    • Duration/ Working hours:

    12 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

    • 7.20 a.m 4.50 p.m. on Mondays Fridays (1 hour lunchtime).
    • The staff is, however, required to observe any change of time schedule the company and the school may decide on as well as perform overtime work when required.

    Additional assistance might be needed on Saturdays / Sundays when school is having special activities. Personnel will be informed in advance when the need arises
