Responsibilities
- Support administrative operations (office supplies, assets, IT equipment)
- Manage office and workspace logistics
- Handle basic finance tasks (payments, claims, budget tracking)
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline (or relevant experience)
- IT savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask
- Team player, able to work independently under pressure
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Duration/ Working hours:
7 months contract (Option to extend) May 2026 to Nov 2026
9am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, inclusive of 1 hr lunch
break.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted
public holidays.
