Responsibilities

  • Support administrative operations (office supplies, assets, IT equipment)
  • Manage office and workspace logistics
  • Handle basic finance tasks (payments, claims, budget tracking)
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline (or relevant experience)
  • IT savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask
  • Team player, able to work independently under pressure
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Duration/ Working hours:

7 months contract (Option to extend) May 2026 to Nov 2026

9am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, inclusive of 1 hr lunch
break.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted
public holidays.
