About the job Admin Executive (Novena)
Responsibilities:
- Pair eligible supervisors with healthcare professionals.
- Process assessment reports and monitor performance.
- Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc tasks as directed.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
- IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Team player with initiative, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
Duration/Working hours:
12 months contract (Immediate)
Working Days (5-day work week in office)
- Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
- Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
