Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and execution of change management initiatives and events (e.g., workshops, competitions, learning sessions).
  • Curate tailored messaging and communication materials for different audiences.
  • Provide administrative support for procurement and event arrangements.
  • Assist in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of communication efforts.
  • Advise officers on governance, policy, and data management practices.
  • Review data requests and contract clauses to ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Oversee Cyber Security and Data Protection awareness activities, keeping staff updated on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in change management or communications.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Experience in planning and managing successful events.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools.

Duration/ Working hours:

11 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
