Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of change management initiatives and events (e.g., workshops, competitions, learning sessions).
- Curate tailored messaging and communication materials for different audiences.
- Provide administrative support for procurement and event arrangements.
- Assist in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Advise officers on governance, policy, and data management practices.
- Review data requests and contract clauses to ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Oversee Cyber Security and Data Protection awareness activities, keeping staff updated on best practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in change management or communications.
- Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies.
- Experience in planning and managing successful events.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools.
Duration/ Working hours:
11 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
