About the job Teacher Aide (Sengkang)
Event Coordination

Support planning and execution of school events (camps, celebrations, learning journeys, enrichment programmes)

Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and documentation

Arrange logistics such as transport, food, prizes, decorations, and equipment
-
Prepare event materials, resources, and schedules
-
Work with admin and operations teams to ensure smooth event delivery
Teaching & Learning Support
-
Assist teachers in preparing learning materials, classroom displays, and teaching aids
Administrative Support
-
Provide general administrative support across school functions
-
Maintain records, inventories, and resources
-
Perform other duties assigned by the school
Requirements
-
Minimum GCE O Level with Pass in English
-
At least 2 years of administrative experience
-
Preferably 2 years of event management experience
-
Experience in an educational setting preferred
-
Valid First Aid with CPR & AED is an advantage

Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets)

Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Able to work independently and in a team
-
Resourceful, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
23.5 months contract (16 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027)
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch
break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
