Food Lab Assistant (Bishan)

• Assist teachers with preparation of ingredients, ordering supplies, and setting up/cleaning lab equipment.

• Maintain stock records, replace broken glassware, and prepare annual inventory.

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of food lab and other departmental rooms.

• Supervise students in the lab when teachers are unavailable.

• Handle deliveries, update notice boards, and assist with admin or other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Secondary school education.

• At least 1 year of experience in school food lab duties.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic IT skills.

• Work 42 hours per week.

12 months contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
